About The Organized Woman

Judy Malespino has taken the skills developed during her airline career and used them as the foundation for her personal concierge and professional organizing business, which she founded in 1996. During her career as a flight attendant, she understood the importance of managing her days well as her life revolved around an ever-changing schedule.

As an in-flight service manager on jumbo-jets with 300 plus passengers, she learned how to manage people and situations in an often-chaotic environment. The airline business required her to quickly master the use of time and space and she now uses those skills in her own business.
Judy developed the abilities to plan ahead and think quickly on her feet. By doing so, she has been able to save her clients both time and money. Throughout her professional life, Judy has interacted with a variety of people and situations in a pleasant and non-judgmental way, allowing her to master negotiating skills and remain un-intimidated.
Judy is a member of TWA Clipped Wings and has been an active member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) since 2003 where she currently serves as registrar. She has been involved with several networking groups and contributes volunteer time to Contra Costa Loaves and Fishes and The American Red Cross. During her personal time, she enjoys the outdoors, yoga, theatre and traveling with her husband.
